While we aren't about to tell you that purchasing new boxes is the only way to go, it's worth considering what type of box you are thinking of using. A couple of tips on boxes:

• Boxes from the liquor store are generally pretty good, while vegetable cartons typically aren't. Use your judgement and save yourself a lot of frustration. If you find yourself running short, we have boxes and other packing supplies at all of our facilities.
• Storing clothes is best done in a wardrobe box that will allow you to hang them.
• If you try and use the same size boxes, you'll have an easier time stacking them.
• Seal your boxes with packing tape to keep out dust.
• Heavy items should be packed in smaller boxes.
